| TRAINING: * $380.00 per month * $430.00 if payment is not received before the 10th of same month * $ 50.00 NSF fee on return checks * 30 day notice required for horses going out of training TRAINING INCLUDES: * Monthly training schedule designated by trainer * 1 lesson included per MONTH (unused lessons not redeemable) * Additional lessons will be the rate of $25.00 group (2 hrs) and $35.00 for one hour private lesson Additional $15.00 fee for lesson horse * Blanketing as needed - customer is responsible for repair & cleaning of own blankets * Customer is responsible for all Vet and Shoeing arrangements * Customer is responsible for making vitamin packs HAULING: * .75 cents per mile * $75.00 minimum charge per haul * Long hauls will have a flat fee determined by the number of horses being hauled HORSE SHOW INFORMATION: * Daily show fee: $35.00 per day plus expenses The Day Fee Includes: * The set up prior to the show, teardown of tack room/curtain ect. Watering & feeding, coaching & instruction during the show and/or showing of a horse in an open class * Expenses shall include but not limited to hotel/airline accommodations and meals * The customer shall be responsible for: hauling all tack & clothing to each show unless previous arrangements are made * Prior to each show, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the horse is bathed, clipped, banded and/or braided - these services can be provided at the expense of the customer * Customers are responsible for having all their own grooming/show supplies as well as tack we will not supply your horse with show tack - owners not present will be charged a minimal fee for show supplies provided by us * Customers shall mark all their stuff at home & show - grooming supplies etc. * Customers shall supply horse with new halter, lead rope, blanket, sheet, sleezy, & hood of all matching colors for the shows - see Denise for colors & ordering * Customers are responsible for sending stall checks/reservations to show secretary for each show * Long hauls & show expenses are due before the horses leave the barn * Everyone must be at the shows in enough time to be done riding by 9:00pm FUTURITIES: * 20% of winnings in the open events to be paid to Denise Callahan SALE OF HORSES: * Horses sold by or purchased through Denise Callahan Show Horses will be charged a 10% commission fee * All expenses involved in the purchase and/or sale of a horse to be paid by owner including: Traveling, Accommodations, & Eating Expenses |
